Some fairly important changes.
1. The effectiveness of miniskills in reducing damage has been lessened
somewhat. We felt, after listening to the Elders discuss it for awhile,
that they had a valid point in arguing that over time the ability to
absorb damage has been favored over the ability to deal it out, leading
to a situation in which the viability of killing someone with damage has
been decreased too much.

2. There have been some racial modifications. These are:
a. Satyr strength up one. Satyr constitution down 1.
b. Troll protection from cutting damage added at level 1.
c. Dwarf blunt damage and magic damage protection down to level 1.

3. Everybody who doesn't have a reincarnation available to them
currently gets a free reincarnation! Enjoy!
