Small changes

A few small reweavings you may find of some interest:
- CONFIG CHANNELS now also shows YELLS
- GROVE CALLING can retrieve wayward golems
- SNUB and protege/mentor entries should be properly removed for
suicides
One special note about suicide and bloodlines:
If someone is in a bloodline and then suicide, the name remains
in the bloodline. The extinction of the person does not change the
bloodlined relationships, which are permanent and unchangeable.
If another person comes along at some later date with the same
name, that's fine. Will it be confusing? Perhaps. But that's the
way it is. Could a father have the same name as a grandson? Yes,
possibly. If someone suicides, the name is not forever reserved,
and so someone may come along later with the same name. This is
not an error with the Weave of reality. It's the way things are.
