After the recent debacle where several abusers of the combat rating
system were stripped of their ranks, it has become evident that many
would prefer to have a way of getting out of the system that is
somewhat softer on their constitutions than simply cheating until
they get caught!

With that in mind, the combat rankings system has been changed.
