- if you try to SNUB someone you are already snubbing, nothing
changes.
- to stop snubbing someone, use UNSNUB <person>
- to stop unsnubbing everyone, use UNSNUB ALL

Snub settings cannot be changed quickly. Meaning, if you snub someone
you cannot then turn right around and unsnub. Some time must pass.
This works both ways.
