Today we introduce a new mastery: licensed master shopkeepers!

New features are available only to our master shopkeepers, such
as the ability to divide your wares into categories (called bins)
and to limit who can see each. For a great deal more detail on this,
see HELP BINS.

The other new feature available to licensed master shopkeepers is
the ability to set shop policies related to who will be served,
and whether a discount or markup might be offered. For more detail,
see HELP SHOP POLICIES.

A shopkeeper's license is quite expensive, but probably worth every
gold sovereign! To obtain a license, seek the delosian crafters
union.
