New shouting voices have been added!

These shouting voices now cover a broader range of levels, in
more detail, and include multiple historical references to such
famous figures as:
- Caymus the Aldar prophet,
- Maya (mother of multiple mortal races),
- Severian, associate of Nicator, and
- Queen Catarin.

It's not just 'shout'-ing any more, with numerous descriptive
additions from cries to calls out, bellows, peals, echoes, booms
and blasts!

Special recognition is given to the highest rankings in the lands,
guides, dragons, and of course the puissant immortals of Achaea.
