I've cleaned up CREDITS FOR SALE just a tad. You'll notice that
ridiculously high offers won't be shown (why people insist on putting
them up there, I'll never know) because only the first 10 price points
are displayed. If you wish to truly see all offers use CREDITS ALL
OFFERS. Note, this limit of 10 has no bearing on the actual buying of
credits, it just keeps the offer list neat when being viewed.
