Subdivisions, mottos, and manuscripts

Three alterations in the weave of reality have recently
come about in relation to subdivisions, mottos, and manuscripts.

Subdivisions are now seen as part of their city, for the
purposes of things like auto-enemying.

Mottos are now reliably available as an alternative to
warcries. Using something in a WARCRY which is clearly
not a warcry, like some favorite quote, or pithy saying
is clearly not the best roleplaying. Thus, the motto.
You may have one or the other (HELP WARCRY, HELP MOTTO).

Some early manuscripts had the irritating tendency to
drop out of ones hands when leaving the realms. This has
been remedied for all manuscripts, existing and future.

Penned by my hand on the 15th of Sarapin, in the year 347 AF.
