The results of the referendum were pretty close but the people who
wanted it changed back so that player corpses don't get auto-grabbed won
and I think we're going to make that change. The change will come with a
PK addendum specifically stating that nobody owns a player corpse and no
PK can come from picking one up and doing with one as you wish.
