After many, MANY requests we've decided to sell houses outside of
subdivisions. The prices work like this:
1. For the land the house is on, the price is 150k gold.
2. For everything else about the house, the price is double. These
houses are expensive. However, if you destroy a room, you get back twice
what you normally would too. Same goes for upgrades, doors, etc.
3. We're not sure yet how to deal with cities so we're not going to sell
houses outside subdivisions but inside player-run cities for the moment.

The Process

Send sarapis@achaea.com an e-mail telling me which room you are trying
to buy. Commonly-used quest rooms, rooms indoors, or any room that is
adjacent to one of the highways is not for sale. Once I approve the
room, I'll set you as able to purchase it. You'll take your gold and go
to the room and buy it as you normally would (see HELP HOUSES). Then,
build away.
