I've modified rule #1 in HELP PK to formalize the fact that you may kill
someone for assisting someone else that you are -legitimately-
attacking. So, if Bob is attacking Dave, and Sally heals Dave while Bob
is trying to kill Dave, Sally may then be killed by Bob. Assistance also
includes teleporting someone way, for instance, deliverance or lust.
