I'm afraid I missed a nasty little bug in the orghelp files that caused
the indexes to show up with odd files. I've fixed it, but unfortunately,
I had to delete all existing orghelp (cityhelp, guildhelp, etc) files.
Luckily, it didn't look like too many of you had composed any yet.

Anyway, sorry about that, and it's working again. (Incidentally, you
have to limit your help files to one word names.)
