A point about Evil

Evil can be violent, crude, bloodthirsty, and sociopathic. I'm not disputing that.
But unrestrained carnage is weak - one must be strong enough of mind to recognise when to stop, and when to fight.
I favour the subtle brand of Evil personally, the cloaked figure that works constantly for the causes of Evil. The sociopath warrior is just the most widely interpreted version of Evil.
Knowledge is power, and to remain unknown is to be invincible.
While those so-called sociopaths are out spreading their particular brand of chaos and Evil, does anyone actually notice myself?
I make no bones about my allegiances, and yet I still get critised for apparently doing nothing.
The dagger in the back is far more effective than the battleaxe from the front.

May Evil guide your footsteps...

Penned by my hand on the 18th of Scarlatan, in the year 264 AF.
