I do not profess to be an expert as I was only priveledged enough to be a part of Zero's merry band for a short time. However, it seems to me that you, young Guiliaume, do miss the point of their existence.

Is it not true that the dear Dowager is essentially a rather evil lady, and that therefore her progeny will consist of wicked, conniving individuals with sociopathic tendencies and a bloodlust that seems out of proportion?

I don't mean to speak out of turn, as I do not know for sure, I hope Zero that I do not offend the family with my words, but I think that anyone who has cause to complain of the acions ot the Montaganets, look to the source. They are evil! does it not then go without saying that the most evil, wicked, lying, cheating weasel be the head *grin* No offence Zero dear...but it's true!

So before you question the actions of the clan, question the motives. If in fact Zero did buy, steal and slash his way into the family, then it goes on principal that he deserves to be at the very head in the favour of the Dowager. The principles of the family will be upheld in him.
