If You had such problems with the treaty and My addendum, why pray tell do You speak up now? You have had quite a number of months to mull over this treaty, or was Your limited mind occupied elsewhere and unable to cope with handling more than one issue at a time? You should have spoken when the treaty was first published and when I had written the clarification to the treaty. Thus I consider Your _opinion_ in this matter a load of rubbish. The treaty does not apply to the territories of those villages and political entities who did not sign it. If you wish to squable over the issue, then I suggest the current treaty be terminated immediately and open warfare resume.
