Those of you who know me know I handle letters for my Lord Haskor, by His own Divine decree. And this is the message of a letter that I am providing to you all, publicly.
His Divine Eminence, the God of Combat, the Eternal Warrior, Matsuhama's Inheritor, Battle's Successor, the Self-Made, the Patron of Heroes penned to me a missive.
And it is that He has, in His Divine wisdom, chosen to begin now His patronage of those who would seek true triumph. Who would place their finger on Fate's scales and turn it to their own will, not that which is laid out by destiny and mortality.
There is no discrimination here, no theocratic claimancy and certainly no restriction. Our Lord Haskor has no care for a person's loyalty to a city-state, and nor does He ask of those who would seek His patronage any loyalty. Any citizen of any city is welcome, just as those without citizenship are welcome. His requirement is only a willingness to ever-more wet blade with blood in battle, and if that hunger for victory is truly there then He will permit you to do so within the shadow cast by His own munificent glory.

Penned by my hand on the 23rd of Chronos, in the year 972 AF.
