Ahoy, denizens of Sapience!

For too long, the pirates of these cursed waters languished under idle rule, our names nearly washed away by the tides of history. But mark this day - a new king rises, and with me dawns a fierce and fearsome era! Our brotherhood swells, and we welcome fresh blood to sail beneath our black flag. Seek me out with your queries.

By my first decree as sovereign of the treacherous seas: a sailing tax is levied upon all who dare cross our domain. You will pay no less than one hundred thousand golden sovereigns per ship, per year, deposited straight to our coffers - name the vessel you want clear, or face the consequences. Should you think yourself clever and attempt avoid this toll, and cross paths with one of my captains, you may beg for parley, but dona bet your hull on their mercy. Theya e as likely to sink you for sport as spare you for coin.

Icraa Nithilar
Pirate King
Storm of the Seas

Penned by my hand on the 12th of Chronos, in the year 972 AF.
