Devotion and Excommunication

Sapience,
This missive comes as an update and reminder about the use of Devotion for non-Targossians. Those who enjoy the privilege of Their gifts outside of Their service are subject to constant scrutiny. The Dawnlord and Deacon of Celestia may revoke access to Devotion at any time, with or without warning.
Guidelines for excommunication:
1) Any enemies of Targossas, the Dawnspear will be excommunicated.
2) Any individuals using Devotion's gifts to aid enemies of Creation, to include enemies of the Dawnspear, citizens of Ashtan, Mhaldor, and Hashan, or practitioners of occultism or necromancy will be excommunicated. This prohibition refers to aid of both the spiritual (blessings) or material nature (hunting or fighting alongside as a Devotion user).
Importantly, please note that oathbreaking, excommunication, and murder of innocents are all enemyable offences to the Dawnspear. This information replaces any prior understandings or policies that may have been in place, and ignorance of these principles will not suffice as an excuse for violating them.
In short, Devotion will be used in service to Creation, or not at all.
In Service,
Dawnlord Lyndee Faelithar
Deacon of Celestia
Penned by my hand on the 14th of Sarapin, in the year 837 AF.
