Disassembling is now fixed!

Limitations on this are:
You must be a furnisher, in all cases.
If you are holding a non-placed piece of furniture you can disassemble it.
If you have the privilege to place furniture in a location you can disassemble it.
Furniture that has been made non-decay or resetting cannot be disassembled.
Bookcases and bookshelves cannot be disassembled.

It will return approximately one quarter of the commodities used in the base item's creation.
