We've just loaded up some major backend changes to the library system. This has resulted in all of the issues with carpentry bookshelves and bookcases being resolved. They should now be functionally identical to old furniture bookcases, and all commands should work with both interchangeably (and you can mix and match if you're one of those people who have numerous books tied up in old style bookshelves but want to expand your library).

Large portions of our code needed to be rewritten for this, so if you notice anything working in a strange way, please file a bug report (or contact me directly if you prefer!).
