Our migration to the new guard system has completed, and many cities are
taking advantage of the security and coverage provided by the new
design.

Our amnesty period will continue to run for 24 hours, finishing at 0400
GMT Thursday (2000 Wednesday PST, 2300 Wednesday EST, 1500 Sydney), at
which time the guard costs will be reinstated and we will be allowing
adventurers full access into enemy cities.

We'll be monitoring the guard levels and effectiveness over the coming
days and weeks, and making changes as required. If you notice something
amiss during this period, please speak with your city leader in order to
streamline the feedback we receive!
