18.10.19 Wind chimes

Wind chimes are clever devices that harness the power of the wind in order to
make sonorous sounds to delight the ear and soothe the soul. These chimes are
often hung from a rail or branch and involve a series of similarly-shaped tubes
or rods (or other shapes) that produce sound by striking against one another.
