8.18 House Influence

This is an obsolete system. It continues within Achaea purely for nostalgia.



Houses that are formally affiliated with a city have an 'influence' score
within the city, and this is based on a highly esoteric formula. 

HOUSE INFLUENCE gives a list of every city-affiliated House in Achaea, and their current influence.

CITY INFLUENCE ALL will list the most influential Houses in each city.

CITY INFLUENCE <city> will list the influence scores of all the Houses
formally affiliated with a particular city.
