5.9 HUNGER

When You Get Hungry

When you reach level 15, you will start growing hungry and require food.

Typing STATUS will show you how hungry you are. If you allow yourself to get
too hungry, you can get sick, and eventually pass out.


Where the Food is
-----------------
In order to eat, you will need to find yourself a shop that sells food. 
Generally speaking, the more expensive the food, the more sustenance value it
has, though there is not an exact one-to-one correspondence.


Hunger By Name
--------------
How hungry are you? The following is a brief review of the messages you'll see
when you type STAT, and what they mean:

utterly satiated       - eating won't help at all!
reasonably full        - eating probably won't help much
not hungry             - eating would help a little, but is unnecessary
feeling a bit peckish  - hungry; no risk yet, but eat soon
weak from hunger       - very hungry; you better get to the food stall
starving to death      - at this point you will start passing out and 
                         taking damage.
