10.17 City Salaries

The city salary allows a government to pay the various members of the city who work daily to keep the city running! 

Your city leaders can set the amounts each position earn per month and then the gold is automatically distributed from city coffers directly to the bank in your city on the 1st of Sarapin each year.

If you are removed from the city during a salary year, what you had earned will still deposit to that city's bank, but you will need to retrieve it if you wish to use it.

COMMANDS FOR ALL CITIZENS:

 CITY SALARY - Will show most citizens what they are currently earning.

COMMANDS FOR TREASURER, AND COUNCIL:

 CITY SALARY POSITIONS - The positions for which a salary can be assigned.
 CITY SALARY LIST      - The positions which have a salary assigned.
 CITY SALARY OWED      - The sum of how much your city owes for salaries.
                       - This total will build until the end of the year.
						   
COMMANDS FOR CITY COUNCIL/LEADERS:

 CITY SALARY OWED ALL       - List each salary accrued.
 CITY SALARY OWED <person>  - List the salary accrued to a specific citizen.
 CITY SALARY SET CUMULATIVE <YES/NO>
                            - Set whether or not someone with multiple positions can earn multiple salaries.
                            - If no, the highest of their salaries will be paid.
 CITY SALARY SET <position> <monthly gold amount> 
                            - Set the monthly gold amount to be earned by a position.
                            - This is capped at 50,000 gold.
