I write this to alert the public of Shallam's official support with Lady
Gaia and the Forests of Achaea in light of this recent herb ban.

To that extent, Shallam has declared an enemyable offence for any
person(s) trying to purchase herbs from the Shops of Shallam to
circumvent the ban. We support Oakstone, the Druids and Sentinels to
this extent, and until this ban is lifted, Shallam will enemy anyone
whom tries to negate the effects of the ban by purchasing within her
walls.

Once the herb ban is lifted by Lady Gaia and the members of the Forest,
economic life will resume as usual within the walls of the Jewel of the
East.
