To Clarify some issues.

For those of you who are unaware, but have this dreadful curiousity, Cooper and the Sentinels are at war. Plain, simple. I don't condone it, and I won't tolerate it. Shallam's Council of Viziers met, over a year ago, when this war started, and decided it would not happen within our limits. Both the Sentinels, and Cooper, were informed. If one of them initiates an agressive act within this city, they will be enemied. It especially rings true, if a person dies from it without ever raising a hand of retribution. The War between Sentinels and Cooper, is not part of Shallam, and will not be tolerated in Shallam. Both sides have the chance to walk in the city, sit in the city, and walk in the city, peacefully. Those initiating agression, will be enemied. Period.
