Reply concerning Raajin

It is a sad thing, when the spirit of the law is overshadowed by
the letter of the law.

Allow me to make a retraction upon my statement refering to the
Infernals prior to Raajin as "Mercenaries". But allow me to note
that upon Raajin taking office the number of notes written in this
forum in reference to infernals doing "dishonourable" things has
decreased dramatically. Now Raajin may state that it was an effort
of all the knights as a whole, but I say that one man CAN make a
difference, and in this case that one man was Raajin.

As for my referring to people "Turning" on Raajin, allow me to
explain. I don't care if Raajin is enemied from Ashtan for the
rest of his life. What I do care about is seeing the names of
infernals and other former allies of his, next to his upon
deathsight. Not every enemy of a city needs to be hunted by those
who used to be his friends. Allowing Raajin to make amends for
his crimes in peace...that would show that Ashtan had something
called Loyalty. Loyalty to someone who had dedicated his service
to the betterment of the city. But I am an outsider, and I guess
your city will behave as it will, with or without my approval.

Still I give my support and my fangs to Raajin in this time of
turmoil, for in this forum I find my pen growing dull.
