Per our earlier agreement, I hereby formally commit the Iron Citadel to the following *temporary* measures.

1) An immediate cessation of physical hostilities between the Iron Citadel, and the Paladins of the Basilica Chrysalis.

2) A withdrawal of the Iron Citadel's defiling brigades, conditional upon the agreement of the Basilica Crysalis to the negotiation of the removal of shrines from agreed upon areas pending the end of the current crisis.

3) The facilitation of cooperation towards the common ends through a program of exchange of Knights for the duration of the crisis.


Said measures to take effect immediately, and to continue until such a time as one or both parties agree to their end.
