As the subject states, tis just a rumor but I would like to clear
up something about it.

It has come to my attention that Perseon has been making promising
on the behalf of Shallam, I would like to point out to all that
Perseon tis not a Vizier of Shallam, and does nay speak for the
ruling counsel of Shallam.

If a decision, treaty or pact of any kind concerning Shallam is
made, it will be after the ruling counsel has been consulted on it
and agreed to it. Then the Sultan, or one of the Viziers speaking
in his behalf will make this known to all others.

Like I said before, if ye have no idea what tis going on, do nay
concern yeself with this post, but as it states, this is just to
stem a nasty rumor that I have just heard and one I am hoping tis
false.
