It seems the only person who's so adament about not sticking to the treaty is you, Mistral. I don't know why you feel it would be a good idea to try and twist it around to make it say what you want, but that doesn't happen. Frankly, it seems you just want everything your way and get all huffy when it doesn't go that way. Get over it.

On an interesting side note to the Shallam walls not keeping us safe, every person who has killed inside the walls since I took over as Minister of Security has prayed to Sarapis because of it, and that is a streak that I'm not about to see end. Attacks in the city will _not_ be tolerated.
