The political channels you wish to pursue follow standard legal
and diplomatic lines. That is, you refer the case to your
city representative (Tranquility I believe), and he brings
the matter to me, as Shallam's Ambassador.

I will examine the case, and meet with the Sultan, who, with
advice from the Viziers, makes the final decision.
