Ok, I'll be blunt as I hardly even want to write this. As many of you know, I have been killing many, many Infernals as of late. I currently have a 5:1 ratio, as I have slain 30 Infernals and have been defeated by them six times
But I intend to first clear up one of the rumors my enemies have been whining out towards the general populace, as well as explain why I've done it and what I intend to do now
First- No, I have not been killing only those weaker then me. While I don't remember ALL of the names, over 90% of my targets were anywhere from 100-400 ranks above me. And while most had less might, my might is not all in fighting skills as the Infernals are. They learn weaponry, necromancy, and chivalry, all which are combat-oriented. I myself know metamorphosis, groves, concoctions, and a good ammount of fitness so that I can keep up the morphing. As a result about half (2/3?) of my might does not avail me in most fights. So quit complaining you evil little brats and try and take it like men. That's what I do
Though they have beaten me six times, I would like to point out that two of those times they teamed me, which goes against their "Code of Honor". The first time, it was Ciasa and Cooper. The second time, after I had been on a bit of a killing spree, it was Cooper, Ion, Jehannum I think it is, Khejian, and Draggart or whatever. Hey, they all look the same to me
While I would have loved to fight all of them in my grove like that, I quite simply don't have what it takes at this point to do that. I've done so well against the Infernals in fact that they ussually cry for outside assistance, and I have been attacked at different times by Halo, Drakul, Gijan, Thakren, Krissandra. The first three have killed me before, the last three have yet to succeed. But I don't count them in the ratio, in case your wondering. Otherwise it's be more like 3:1
After being slain by Gijan inside of my grove today and almost dying to Cooper who simply had his falcon attack me while he hid behind his shield and repeatedly webbed me, I've come to realize a couple things. Despite my success so far, if I am to truly whipe out this guild as I hope to do, I must first gain a higher ranking and better equipment, as I do not even have any armor yet. THEN I can get back to work.
So until I have accomplished these goals I will be staying inside of Shallam. Don't bother to try and summon me, I've always got a cloak on. Just wait your turn, I won't be inside of it forever though.
In closing, I would also like to appologize to Lupus. I did not realize he was Ashtan's patron during the period of time when I offered the corpses of 20 Infernals and about five other Ashtanian citizens to him, and did not mean to mock him. I love the thrill of the hunt and the sense of relief in knowing I have destroyed another Infernal abomination, and had first intended to join Lupus' order. But I realize now that if I were to do so it would hinder me more than help me. And while I actually find it extremely exciting that people tell me Lupus has ordered all of Ashtan to try and hunt me down, I don't think I'll be offering any more corpses to him... while it is pretty funny that he's receiving the bodies of his followers, I don't see much use in giving any more essense to a god I sadly enough will not be in alliance with, a god whose followers (Halo, poke poke) enjoy trying to hunt me themselves
Well, that's all I have to say about it then! See you all in a week or two, perhaps more. It just depends on how long it takes me, is all
