Well, as you can tell i've been away for quite some time and apon
my return i find myself wading through about 80 scrolls, so i'm going
to reply to the ones that concern me in one quik post....

Portis, Grow up, stop whining. You want the forests to forgive you?
Well, perhaps if you discontinued your slanderings of the guardians
of all of nature (mountains, plains, swamps and, oh my gosh, FORESTS)
being the Oakstone Council. Show a bit of maturity and actually
message an Hierophant (which you havent done) instead of airing your
dirty laundry to those who don't realy give a flip. Do this, and mabye
your status will be changed.

And now, to kick a dead horse...
On the topic of shrines, good and evil. Good and Evil are nescessary
components to the ballance of the world, one can't exist without the
other. Being one who walks the line of grey, i am free to do acts
of 'good' or 'evil' when i deam it nescessary to keep ballance around
me. When i see someone in need of help, i help. When i see someone
in need of punishment, i punish. However, i only help and punish
within my area's of influence, thus keeping a ballance. (Before any
get the wrong idea, my religion is not based on ballance, it's simply
something i realise is what makes the world spin). However, i have
recently found that in order for me to survive, i've had to resort
to some rather 'un-good' actions. The reason, it is simply impossible
for someone who actually does good to survive against those who's
powers effect the 'good' the most. To be blunt, the powers of the
Church are designed to destroy those of good alignment more easily.
For instance, a malevolent Paladin was able to summon me to his shrine
where his demons from hell, and venoms supplied by those who the
church oppresses (funny how the Church depends on so much evil to
cleans the world of that very thing) was easily able to destroy me.
Normally i would not care to die, my corpse simply fertilises the
ground, thus returning to it what i take, however i did not attack this
paladin, he acted without this 'honour' thing that they keep flaunting

Anyway, the last blow to the dead horse, what gives the church the
right to place shrines in areas that they A) do not own/control,
B) do not have people who follow the churchs' rather warped ideals,
and C) bloody well hate the damnable monstrocities!
If a member of the church can tell me what gives them the right to
inflict their beliefs on those who don't want it (um, oppression?)
then i'll say no more on the topic.
