Sartan, Lord of Evil does not represent some subjective concept to be defined by any mortals whims, he is, by definition, Evil. The sacrificing of children to raise the spawn is evil. The killing of good sentient beings in our land is evil. Similarly, Aurora does not stand for any amorphous concept, she stands for Good.
