Greetings,
This is just to let everyone know who is happily hunting Kephas that he
is no longer welcome in Celidon. He was warned by us not to hide within
our council, and did not pay heed. For bringing trouble to us he has
been branded an enemy, and will be treated as such should we see him
near our lands.
