Greetings Achaeans,
No doubt many of you may have noticed the troubles Hashan has come into in recent times. I do not stand before you now to recite old hat or to scold anyone for their behavior. I stand before you as the newly-appointed Ambassador to Hashan, and as such, I hope to serve as a focal point, in the ever-confusing networks of communication that stand in the lands.

If you wish to speak with Hashan, speak with me. If you have a complaint with my city, file it with me directly, via mail. If Hashan has something to say, I shall say it. Only Elentari and Twilight, as Seneschal-Mistress and as Divine Patron of Hashan, respectively, supersede me in this respect. Please acknowledge this with grace.

And finally, I stand now to announce that Hashan will soon begin attempts to enter into diplomatic relationships with many of the political entities of Sapience. To these governments, I ask that you pick a spokesperson for yourselves and pick them well. Clear communication will make things so much easier.
