Whether you find it offensive or not is not my concern. I actually
find it rather offensive that you broke my trust after I unenemied
you, with you agreeing to never break the laws of Shallam again.
Even so, I found it in my heart to give you a chance for penance,
once again, because fellow citizens wished for it. Your penance has
nothing to do with the war. It has to do with seeing if you REALLY
mean it this time when you agree once more to follow the laws of
Shallam. Last time I only had your word, and obviously that wasn't
good enough. The choice is yours. If you choose to donate the money
to Shallam, I can make sure it is put into the ambassador ministry
to help equip newbies.
