I don't know your specific situation, Nitre, so I shall not
comment on it at this time. But, I would like to clarify the
law that Nitre speaks of. Not only is it against the law to
attack sentient beings (non-enemied) in Shallam, it is also
against the law to remove said beings from Shallam and be in
any sort of attack against them, whether it be convocation,
summoning, vortexing, or whatever means the person is removed
from the city of Shallam. If this is not the case with you,
Nitre, then please let me know what happened, and I will speak
to whoever enemied you.

Another point I'd like to clarify is that it is invalid to
speak about the leadership of shallam about enemying. It is
now possible for people that are in non-leadership positions
to enemy people. While we try to make sure everyone under-
stands fully what the requirements are, it only takes one
person to enemy you. If you feel that you have been enemied
in error, speak directly to me or a Vizier, and we will handle
the situation accordingly.
