I would like to take a bit of time to introduce myself, my name is Keegan
I am the youngest child of Laergon and Elanta, being born just after my
twin sister Selina, while my blood is tied to that of my family, I do not
hold to many of my father's preaching. He once started as a great man, with
a plan to be accomplished, alas I feel he has lost sight of what he sought.
I bear no ill will towards my family, I just do not agree with any of them
except my sister Cara who has shown to be the most pure and innocent in a
family of evil doers. I was sent away upon my birth by my mother, the reasoning
for this is sketchy, and I have yet to be told as to why I was denied the
chance to grow with my parents as my brother and sister had the chance to
before me. My mother's sister raised me, she is a fierce woman with a nasty temper
Her beliefs also greatly differ from mine. I come now to announce that
the ideals of my father are not mine, I support not the Kharon or Ashtan. Futhermore
I do agree with one point of my father and that is the corruptness of the
city of Shallam and its church. I shall remain independent of all politics, including
guilds and cities, as I see these are the causes of hatred and wars in
the realm. I seek to live a most pure and pacifistic life, I abolish all
violence for any reason. The gods have granted us life and as such that life
should be held as the most prized treasure. I leave you all now to begin my
long and difficult road, a road I will walk on my own without the aide of
my mother or father
