Shallam may not have given a reason, however, it is a good plan for the city. Residual income from shops into the city coffers is not a bad idea. The price seems fair and this will, in the long run, benefit the city of Shallam. I don't believe it will be too long before all of the cities have some kind of tax on the shops in them. I would very much welcome this because it will allow the cities to better protect themselves adn also enter a new angle to the game. Which city will offer the best tax shelters, where will the cost of living be the greatest. This will be an excellent angle to an already outstanding world. I thank the leaders of Shallam.
