In regards to your last post, Frogg, i would like to suggest that
you make sure that you have all the facts before you pass judgement.
First off, the Druids as a guild had absolutly nothing to do with
enemying Portis. It is not in the Druids power to declare someone
an enemy of Nature. The Council of Oakstone, whose domain is all
of Nature, and who are given the right to speak for Nature from Gaia
Herself, are the ones who sentenced Portis.
Yes, the Oakstone did make a deal with Portis in that she would make
ammends to her crime by a certain date or she would once again
become an enemy. However, when it was found that she did not perform
her duty, and when she decided to slander the Oakstone, Gaia and
several Hierophants, it was decided that she had not learned her
lesson and so she will remain an enemy until -we- decide she has
paid her dues.
As far as calling the Oakstone hypocrites, call us what you will.
Our purpose is not to conform to what others think we should be.
Our sole purpose is the protection and preservation of Nature. You
may ask why we dont rant about the flags in the mountains, plains,
swamps and other places. I'll tell you this, we dont like it one bit,
but we must pick our battles. At the moment the 3 major forests of
Sapience are our prime goals.
I've told you more than you realy need to know, and more than you
probably wanted to know. I make one request from all who read this.
Think about what you are writing about before you write it.
