Actually, the news came to me as of very recent. As most know, the forest surrounds our fair city. There is no other possible way for us to expand. Hashan is able to liberate the Northern Ithmia, but it would lead to our demise. Our current income is barely enough for our city to survive, seeing how defenses are rather expensive and there are those who wish to oppress us for our individuality. The territory that we've captured is very limited as of now, due to our position in the world. But maybe Shallam would be generous enough to donate some land to this humble city, inasmuch as Shallam has captured the majority of Sapience. 🙂
