Foolishness

All I want to ask after reading your two posts is
Who are the newbies here?
Rahl? He is older than you by six years. Moi? I am
just an elderly lady trying to cough up some interesting
posts for all to see.
Honour -- Admit it. We all need the scoundrels and
rascals to make us all *look* good.
Teaming -- I faint and swoon whenever I come across
a scene where a hero is able to fight off a number of villains
single-handedly. Or manage to get away, despites the odds
against him.
Justice -- At times, quick and exact punishment of the
offender is required. It is no more about the code of honour
for two gentlemen in a duel.
Surprises -- Life will be much less interesting if we are deprived
of surprises, good or bad. Rules for an assassin like you
should be:-
1. NEVER tell the target you are going to ambush or attack
him.
2. NEVER disclose the real motive, unless it is for a political
purpose.
3. It is NOT a win or lose game. It is all about achieving your
goals. Different means are being used by different people in
different ways. For an assassin, it's about whether the mission
is completed.
