Dear Goddess,
I write you with wonderfull news indeed!
Of course, with your Divine memory, you easily
shall remember the event I am about so speak of,
catch butterfly for the benifit of your blessed followers and
those of the yet unenLightened beliefs, I will
reminisce.
It would have been years ago. I was still quite
young at the time, and as a newly-declared Sentinel,
I was exploring the forests which were to be my
home.
Suddenly, the sky darkened. Day seemed to have
become night. Just as quickly, though, the Light
shone bright again through the treetops.
The tranquility of the forest and the peace of
all Achaea had already been desturbed though...
The air was being filled with confused shouts
and painfull screams. And only moments later, all
sound was drowned out as the black dragon Geh'shya
stated her Evil presence on our world.
Travelling quickly the dark minion of Twilight
Slayed a number of unlucky mortals she crossed paths
with. I actually remember shouting greetings to
her, for at the time I did not realize her chaotic
intent.
Atlast she was finished her cruel game and
challenged all present to dare to follow her to
her lair to avenge the dead.
Lady, I write this to say that this day,
in the name of the Goddess Gaia and you, our Bringer
of Light, adventurers Theseus, Elsbeth Do'Manthren,
Galdrion Longshanks, Halcyon Do'Manthren, and
myself, gathered in a Pack of Sentinels and ventured
to the edge of the misty lake surrounding wicked
Belladona's Keep.
Calling to ourselves the kind spirits of
helpfull birds, we took to the air and ventured
to the Vampiress' home itself.
After fighting through the many demonic
guardians Belladona had surrounded herself with,
we atlast uncovered mighty Geh'shya's lair.
In the presence of all the trapped souls who
had ever died in the Keep, our Pack worked hard
together and vanquished the Black Dragon.
In the midst of the fierce battle, noble Theseus,
the Fallen gave his life so that the rest of us
could live and continue to hit the huge monster.
Because of his sacrifice we were victorious.
In the name of Nature and of Light, and in memory
of all those fallen to Twilight's minion on that dark
day, we left the castle of evil bearring on our
shoulders the body of Geh'shya, servant of Belladona.
Glory to the Earthmother! Glory to the Goddess of
Light! I leave this story to you, mighty Aurora, that
you both might be proud of your followers, and that
the mortals of our world may see it and rejoice at
Justice finnaly given to those restless souls.
Farewell.
Your faithfull follower for all time,
