Your scrawling scroll seems to suggest that you still hold the desire to portray yourself a victim, a hapless but well-intentioned woman who wound up in the crosshairs of the dastardly Aodfionn, yet-another instance of injustice against you. This, based on the recollections and recordings of the past decades, seems out-of-line with the history.
You broke Eleusian law, repeatedly. When spoken to, you brushed off each instance of gentle correction from a variety of forestals. When a disfavour was finally meted out, you melted down into a violent tantrum against one of the five who supported your disfavour. You were then removed from the village, at which point you embarked upon your successful crusade.
There was no intentional choice to press your buttons, or light your fuse; you are simply a woman soaked in kerosine, ready to light at the slightest hint of a spark. You can blame me for that - I am but one of five, but you are smart enough to know I am a broadly-disliked man - or you can look inward. That much is up to you.
Your apology, while offered, inspires wariness of insincerity and reads more like apologia than contrition. That such things come only publicly is more cause for concern. It is rejected; whether the actions match the words is something that can only be seen with the passage of time, and if the passage of time deems these to be in alignment, then I will eat the proverbial crow.
