An Inquiry

Greetings, adventurers of Sapience,
I am Phylarchus, a Chronicler in the serve of the Great Bard, Scarlatti, and I come to you all with a petition.
I find myself without a subject of inquiry for my next great investigation, and so I look to you for inspiration to fuel my work.
If you come to 'The Hall of Histories' in the Lucretian Athenaeum, you will find a suggestion box. You may submit any topic you feel would be worth learning more of, and I shall do my best to do the most popular suggestion justice!
Some considerations:
- I shall not delve into the history of Gods, or any being whose past is beyond mortal perception.
- I shall not delve into recent history. This is best left to your own historians!
- I shall not delve into history of which no record at all can be found.
- I shall not delve into the history of the outer planes.
If you know of a historical personage, a specific moment (preferably a day or two) in history, or a place or item of great import to history, please suggest it!
I will be tallying the suggestions, and the most popular one will be the subject I look into. Alternatively, I shall pick among them for the most interesting one, should there be no majority.
Thank you in advance for your assistance!
Penned by my hand on the 9th of Glacian, in the year 965 AF.
