Targossas does not serve the Grimoire entity.

A Targossian Devout, previously dismissed from his ministerial position due to an unnatural fondness for necromantic practices, swore an oath to it and is now no longer Targossian.

Perhaps we will draw the entity's wrath for not cooperating in its scheme. Unfortunate, but if it wished to discuss terms, it knew where to find me. It chose instead to whisper soft nothings an isolated citizen, hoping to drag our whole city into its machinations by targeting the weakest link. It failed.
