Sir Archaeon,
I speak here on behalf of none but myself.
I wish to dispel this narrative you have chosen to place me in, of a youth groomed and persuaded.
The centuries seen the deeds of my hand and the words of my art writ upon this page of Creation at least twice the length of your lifetime. I am no youth.
The matters of my faith are deeply personal, held only between myself and the Divine that I hold in my heart, whether I am actively in Their fold or not. In this particular matter, the thoughts and words that have needed to be expressed have been done so, exchanged between myself and those who needed to hear. The matters of my faith are not for you, nor any other mortal, to act upon. It truly is not your place to do so, for that space is mine alone.
I am neither some hapless damsel to be saved from my own decisions, nor a prize to be won through a show of misguided chivarly. Do not use matters of my faith, and the decisions I have made, to excuse the foolishness you exhibited in challenging a Divine.
Signed,
Solfege Ashaela
