On behalf of the Archonate of the Seat of Chaos, I reject your offer of armistice in prohibiting nonlocal, racially-targeted weapons.

Frankly, I am surprised you made this offer at all. You have presented no authority whatsoever to propose a binding resolution that your leadership would then, presumably, have to swear to as well. Perhaps next time you can bring your idea to your side first before making demands on the behavior of others, and they can approach the other cities through proper diplomatic channels.

Though I must applaud you for proposing that Targossas commit to ceasing use of their Lord's Flame. Chaos Lords have rights, and you are truly brave for opposing their heartless, targeted incineration.
